What is your daily routine like? If you were to write out what your day-to-day activities looked like, would it be the same every day?
I’m going to be completely honest. I am the worst at keeping my kids on a schedule. I am a pretty organized person. The queen of to-do lists. A lover of cleanliness. So why can’t I keep the kids on a schedule?
I have bipolar disorder so my motivation and moods are all over the place, and my energy level is usually hovering somewhere around rock bottom. My main objective for the day is usually just to survive. My little ones are 4 and 2.5, so this concept of sanity sometimes seems like a pipe dream, something that a future me will get to enjoy. Certainly not 2019 me. 2019 me lives in chaos and clutter and snotty noses and tear streaked faces.
I really want to make a schedule a priority each day. I made a daily PDF planner that I wanted to share with you. How do you get it?
